Atif Aziz is a Barrister and Solicitor with more than 15 years of experience in Business Law in multiple jurisdictions. He has earned a reputation as a knowledgeable and dedicated legal professional.
Atif earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration from the College of Charleston and MBA from Winthrop University, South Carolina, USA. He did his LLB and completed its equivalency NCA-CQ from the Federation of Law Societies of Canada, Ottawa, Canada. Later, he completed his LLM in Business Law from Osgoode Hall Law School, York University, Canada.
Atif is experienced in corporate law, commercial litigation, immigration appeal matters, international law and franchise law. He is well-versed in negotiating and drafting contracts for the international sale of goods and franchise agreements.
Atif is a member of the International Bar Association, UK, the Canadian Bar Association, and the Law Society of British Columbia, Canada. His research interests expand from artificial intelligence to the integration of technology in the practice of law. In addition to his legal practice, Atif also teaches Business Law at the prestigious Melville School of Business, Kwantlen Polytechnic University, BC, Canada.
